  • Right to make decisions about one’s sexual life and be free from torture, violence and exploitation.
  • Right to have pleasure in sex and sexual relations irrespective of choice of sexual partner.
  • Right to be free from all forms of discrimination regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, societal status, race, religion, caste, or any type of emotional or physical disability.
  • Right to sexual privacy unless it is harming someone else’s rights.
  • Right to decide freely and responsibly the number, spacing, and timing of children.
  • Right to information about family planning methods.
  • Right to access safe, effective, affordable, and acceptable contraceptive methods to control your fertility at your will.
  • Right to appropriate health services to enable women to go safely through pregnancy and childbirth.

  • Right to sexual health care for prevention and treatment of all sexual concerns, problems and disorders.
